The maximum capacity of the house is 12 people, and the maximum occupancy allowed is 12 people over 2 years old. Children under 2 years old will be allowed but the house does not have facilities or equipment for them.

1 room with a King bed (180cm x 200cm), 1 room with a Queen bed (150cm x 210cm), 1 room with a King bed (180cm x 200cm) or two singles (90cm x 200cm), 1 room with a King bed (180cm x 210cm) and a single (90cm x 190cm) or three single beds (two 90cm x 210cm and one 90cm x 190cm), 3 rooms with a single bed each (two 90cm x 190cm and one 90cm x 190cm).

The best option is to come by car. The access is on Route 9, near Punta del Diablo. From the road, you have 5 km of dirt road. A high car or 4x4 is an advantage especially when it rains. We will send you the instructions for access along with the confirmation of the reservation.

The entire house is yours, with beds made and towels provided. Free WiFi is available, and you can relax in the oceanfront garden. We'll handle general cleaning, including bathrooms, floors, and bed making, between 9:00 and 12:00 each day.
